n International College of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) is one of only four overseas training centers authorized by the Chinese Service Centre of Scholarly Exchange(CSCSE), a legally registered corporate body affiliated to the Ministry of Education (MOE). International College of GDUFS is the only CSCSE- authorized overseas training center in South China. With the largest scale, the longest history, its highly standardized teaching management, and the most mature joint programs among educational institutions of its kind in China, it has become a famous brand in Sino-Foreign educational cooperation.

n Supported by the excellent professional teaching resources of GDUFS, International College was founded in 2004, incorporating the advantageous resources of international educational cooperation. As one of the top institutes in China with regard to international studies, GDUFS is the largest of its kind in the field in China, and the only institution of foreign studies offering an MBA program. Today, the University employs a professional English teaching staff of 500, the largest group of English teachers among Chinese universities. Foreign Language and Literature Study at GDUFS was rated third in the evaluation of First Class Disciplines by the MOE in between 2007 and 2009. n GDUFS International College aims to cultivate the talent of those who are able to take part in international competition, using their ideological knowledge and expertise. All the core modules are taught by teachers with Masteru2019s degrees or above, who have studied abroad. Non-core modules are taught by qualified English teachers of GDUFS with Masteru2019s degrees or above.
