所謂附加費，就是基本運費以外的，由于在特殊情況下或者臨時發(fā)生某些事件的情況下而加收的費用。現(xiàn)在船公司常收的附加費有:

ORC(original receiving charge)“原產(chǎn)地接貨費”。這是最早并專在廣東地區(qū)征收的附加費用，與目前中國各港口所收的THC內(nèi)容一樣。而所謂THC（terminal handling charge）就是“碼頭操作費”，也叫“碼頭處理費”。

BAF(bunker adjustment factor)或BS (bunker surcharge)，也被稱為FAF(fuel adjustment factor) “燃油附加費”。

這是由于燃油價格上漲，使船舶的燃油費用支出超過原核定的運輸成本中的燃油費用，船公司在不調(diào)整原定運價的前提下，為補償燃油費用的增加而加收的附加費。

在已經(jīng)征收燃油附加費的情況下，如果燃油價格又突然上漲，船公司可能不調(diào)整原燃油附加費而在正常收取燃油附加費以外還增收應(yīng)急燃油附加費EBS (emergency adjustment surcharge)。隨著今年以來燃油價格的不斷上漲，燃油附加費也在不斷增加。

CAF（currency adjustment factor）貨幣貶值附加費。這是由于國際金融市場的匯率發(fā)生變動，計收運費的貨幣貶值，為了彌補船公司在貨幣兌換過程中的匯兌損失而加收的附加費。一般以基本運費的百分比計收。隨著匯率的變動，這項附加費的標準也在不斷變化。

PSS(peak season surcharge)“旺季附加費”。這是在每年運輸旺季時，船公司根據(jù)運輸供求關(guān)系狀況而加收的附加費，也稱高峰附加費。這是目前在集裝箱班輪運輸中出現(xiàn)得較多的附加費用。

AMS “自動艙單系統(tǒng)”的英文縮寫。現(xiàn)被稱為自動艙單系統(tǒng)的錄入費。9.11事件以后，因反恐需要，美國海關(guān)要求2003年2月1日開始啟程運往美國港口的集裝箱貨物，其承運人必須在國外港口裝貨前至少24小時以電子方式通過美國設(shè)置的“自動艙單系統(tǒng)”，向美國海關(guān)提交準確完整的貨物申報單。現(xiàn)在所收的AMS，即自動艙單系統(tǒng)錄入費。

ISPS 《國際船舶及港口設(shè)施保安規(guī)則》的英文縮寫。某些港口為轉(zhuǎn)嫁引進和執(zhí)行此規(guī)則所增加的成本，而向貨主收取的安全附加費。

DOC“文件費”。船公司對每一票貨物都要收取的制作文件和文件流動的費用。

此外還有:

港口附加費（port additional）、港口擁擠附加費（port congestion surcharge）、轉(zhuǎn)船附加費（transshipment additional）、直航附加費（direct additional）、選港附加費（optional surcharge）、繞航附加費（deviation surcharge）、變更卸貨港附加費（alteration of discharging port additional）、超額責(zé)任附加費（additional for excess of libility）、整體費率上調(diào)（general rate increase GRI）、目的地交貨費DDC (destination delivery charge)破冰費、（ICE surcharge）等等，這些附加費會在不同的時間、不同的場合、不同的航線上發(fā)生。
