說(shuō)母語(yǔ)的人，尤其是商務(wù)人士，打電話的時(shí)候說(shuō)話語(yǔ)速都很快。下面是一些實(shí)用的小貼士可以讓母語(yǔ)是英語(yǔ)的人放慢說(shuō)話的速度。

1、Immediately ask the person to speak slowly。

直接請(qǐng)這個(gè)人慢點(diǎn)說(shuō)。

請(qǐng)對(duì)方說(shuō)慢點(diǎn)的英語(yǔ)說(shuō)法：報(bào)關(guān)員

1） Would you speak more slowly? 你能再說(shuō)慢一點(diǎn)嗎？

2）Could you speak up a little? 你能再大聲一點(diǎn)嗎？

3）Would you speak more clearly? 你能再說(shuō)清楚一點(diǎn)嗎？

4）Would you explain more for me? 可以為我解釋一遍嗎？

5）Please speak a little louder. 請(qǐng)講大聲一點(diǎn)。

2、When taking note of a name or important information, repeat each piece of information as the person speaks。

記錄一個(gè)名字或者重要信息的時(shí)候，打電話的人說(shuō)一句你就重復(fù)一句。

3、This is an especially effective tool.By repeating each important piece of information or each number orletter as the spell or give you a telephone number you automatically slow the speaker down。

這是一個(gè)很有效的策略。通過(guò)重復(fù)每一個(gè)重要的信息、每一個(gè)數(shù)字、每一個(gè)字母的時(shí)候都會(huì)讓說(shuō)話人的語(yǔ)速自動(dòng)放慢。

4、Do not say you have understood if you have not. ask the person to repeat until you have understood。

如果沒(méi)聽(tīng)懂就別說(shuō)你懂了。讓這個(gè)人重復(fù)一下直到你懂了。

5、Remember that the other person needsto make himself/herself understood and it is in his/her interest tomake sure that you have understood. If you ask a person to explain more than twice they will usually slow down。

記住別人需要自己的話被聽(tīng)懂。確保你能聽(tīng)懂關(guān)系到他或她的利益。如果你請(qǐng)一個(gè)人解釋兩次以上，通常這個(gè)人會(huì)放慢語(yǔ)速。

6、If the person does not slow down begin speaking your own language!

7、A sentence or two of another language spoken quickly will remind the person that they are fortunate because they do not need to speak a different language to communicate. Usedcarefully, this exercise in humbling the other speaker can be very effective. Just be sure to use it with colleagues and not with a boss！

2. Sorry, I didn't understand. 抱歉，我聽(tīng)不懂。

3. Sorry, I didn't get what you said. 對(duì)不起，我沒(méi)聽(tīng)懂你說(shuō)的話。

4. I can't hear you very well. 我聽(tīng)不太清楚。

5. I can barely hear you. 我?guī)缀趼?tīng)不到你說(shuō)的。

6. I'm having trouble hearing you. 我聽(tīng)不清楚。

7. We have a bad connection. 通訊效果不太好。

也可用下面簡(jiǎn)單提醒法：

1. Pardon?請(qǐng)?jiān)僬f(shuō)一遍好嗎？

上列兩句都是對(duì)不起之意，但用在會(huì)話上，如果后面沒(méi)有接說(shuō)明，并且語(yǔ)尾上揚(yáng)，就是要對(duì)方再說(shuō)一次。聽(tīng)到這句話時(shí)就要知道對(duì)方要自己再說(shuō)一遍。

3. I beg you pardon? 能請(qǐng)你再說(shuō)一遍嗎？（此句有請(qǐng)求對(duì)方原諒及再說(shuō)一次的意思）

4. Could you repeat that, please? 能請(qǐng)你再說(shuō)一遍嗎？

5. Would you say that again? 你能再說(shuō)一遍嗎？
