　1. 如果是T/T付款，應(yīng)提前通知客戶貨物完成的時間和出貨時間，以便客戶安排驗(yàn)貨和支付余款。安排余款時，有些客戶要求提供簽章的商業(yè)發(fā)票，根據(jù)實(shí)際要求制作文件即可。另外，也需要提前聯(lián)系客戶的貨代公司了解船期，以免延誤。

　2. 向客戶提供問題之外的信息，比如已經(jīng)和客戶的貨代取得聯(lián)系，或者已經(jīng)安排訂艙等。主動讓客戶了解訂單的進(jìn)展情況，讓客戶放心，這也是體現(xiàn)服務(wù)的一種方式。
