今天跟大家分享一些在銷售中經(jīng)常用到的句型。讓客戶打開話匣子,避免尬聊; 讓客戶感受到被重視,成為回頭客。
客戶很忙,長話短說大家都很忙,因此跟客戶進行簡短的介紹,可以使用以下兩個句型:
I’m sure you’re quite busy at the moment, so I’ll be very brief.我知道您現(xiàn)在很忙,所以我會用很簡短的話說明。(長話短說)
I won’t take very much of your time.我不會占用您太多時間。
向客戶提問題,參與談話一旦引起客戶的注意,最好讓他們參與到談話中??梢韵蛩麄兲釂?,分享以下2種提問方式:
Would you be interested in…?您對…感興趣嗎?
With your permission, I’d like to ask you some questions.經(jīng)您允許,我想問您一些問題。
強調(diào)重點簡明扼要,尊重客戶和客戶給出的寶貴時間,可以使用以下句型:

The best feature of the product is…產(chǎn)品的最佳功能是…
When I first started using this當我第一次開始使用它時...
The price of this product is unbeatable.該產(chǎn)品的價格是無與倫比的。
讓客戶享感受到被重視了客戶都是“寵”出來的,盡最大努力滿足他們的需求,讓他們感受到被重視。可以使用以下句型:
Let me take care of that for you.讓我為您解決這個問題。
I’d be happy to solve this for you.我很樂意為您解決這個問題。
I appreciate your business. =Thank you for choosing our company; =we are grateful that you chose our firm.感謝您的光顧(選擇我們)。
I know you’ve been a customer for a long time and your loyalty is important to us.我知道您已經(jīng)有很長時間了,您的忠誠度對我們很重要。
