　貴公司6月10日電報(bào)關(guān)于高級(jí)砂糖100英擔(dān)定單已收到，并予以確認(rèn)。 We confirm herewith your telegraphic order of the 10th June, for 100 cwt. of the best sugar.

　貴公司7月10日函收悉，對(duì)此次訂貨，我公司表示感謝。 We acknowledge receipt of your favour of the 10th July, and thank you for the order you have given us.

　對(duì)于4月10日所訂機(jī)器，我們于昨天運(yùn)出，請(qǐng)查收。 The machines ordered on the 10th April were despatched to your address yesterday.

　感謝您5月5日的定單，本月已經(jīng)履約，特此奉告。 In thanking you for your esteemed order of the 5th May, I inform you that it has this day been executed.

　為趕5月10日開往橫濱的貨輪“阿蘇號(hào)”，我司已貨車將您所訂購(gòu)的貨物送至倫敦碼頭。 The goods were forwarded to day, in our van, to the London Wharf for shipment by m.s. "AsoMaru", fo rYokohama, sailing on 10th May.

　貴公司所訂的白襯衣料，本月已裝上從西雅圖開出的輪船“北野號(hào)”，該輪于明日(5月20日)起程，特此通知。 We have the honour to inform you that the shirtings kindly ordered were duly shipped today, by m.s. "Kitano Maru", sailing tomorrow, May 20th, from seattle.

　這是不得已的事，因?yàn)楫?dāng)?shù)孛藁ㄊ袌?chǎng)缺貨，價(jià)格上漲，每磅約10先令至10先令半。所以對(duì)此次貴公司的訂貨我公司無法供應(yīng)，請(qǐng)?jiān)彙?We are sorry to say that the quantity of cotton at the market just now is very small and prices consequently have advanced, say to 10s. and 10 1/2d. per lb. It is, therefore, out of our power to execute your order.

　由于所需印刷紙張無法解決，因此，貴公司訂購(gòu)我公司發(fā)行的雜志“奇聞奇事”未能安排。 Your order for a supply of our booklet "A Wonderful Story" hsa not been filled, because of our inability to procure the necessary paper for printing.

　實(shí)在對(duì)不起，由于此次貴公司的訂貨條件，我公司無法供應(yīng)。 We regret ot say that on the terms mentioned, we find it impossible to fill same.

　目前，關(guān)于此類特制品，沒有存貨，工廠也無法立即制造。因此，我們很擔(dān)心，在接到訂單后，恐怕不能保證在三個(gè)月內(nèi)交貨，敬請(qǐng)諒解。 We have none of this particular make in stock at the moment, and, owing to the great pressure at the mills, we are afraid we cannot guarantee delivery within less than three months of receipt of orders.

　非常抱歉，茲因購(gòu)貨人已向我司撤消訂單，迫使我司只好向貴公司取消這一次訂貨。 To my deep regret, the buyer of these goods has just cancelled the order, a fact which compels me to cancel my order with you.

　很抱歉由于我司在今后一段時(shí)間內(nèi)，所有貨物品已完全夠用，因此，不得不取消此次訂貨，敬請(qǐng)諒解。 Our requirements are now fully covered for some time to come, and we therefore greatly regret that we have to cancel our order with you.

　非常遺憾地通知貴公司，因?yàn)橘?gòu)貨人對(duì)貴公司價(jià)格500元不予確認(rèn)，因此要求您取消此訂單。 We are sorry to report that our buyer does not confirm this order at your price $500; we must, therefore, ask you to cancel same. 非常遺憾，我公司不得不通知，在此同一時(shí)期內(nèi)，需要取消數(shù)種訂單。 I regret that I have to notify you of so many orders being ceancelled at the same time.
