一.金額和幣制(Amountandcurrency)
　　金額條款是信用證的核心內(nèi)容,其表達方式有:

　　Amount:USD........金額:......美元

　　FORanamount(asum)notexceedingtotalofUSD...總金額不超過....美元

　　UptoanaggregateamountofUSD........總金額不超過..美元


二.匯票條款(ClauseonDraftorBillofExchange)

　　信用證常見匯票條款:

　　DrafitsdrawnunderthiscreditmustbepresentedfornegotiationinGuangzhou,Chinaonorbefore25thjune.2000.

　　憑本證開具的匯票須于2000年6月25日前(包括25日)在廣州提叫議付.

　　Drafitsinduplicateatsightbearingtheclause"Drawnunder...L/CNo...dated...."

　　即匯票一式兩份,注明"根據(jù).........銀行信用證.....號,日期....開具"

　　Drafitsaretobedrawninduplicetetiourorderbearingtheclause"DrafitsunderUnitedMalayanBanking　　Corp.Bhd.IrrevocableLetterofCreditNo....datedJuly12,2002".

　　匯票一式兩份,以我行為抬頭,并注明"根據(jù)馬來亞聯(lián)合銀行2002年7月2日第..........號不可撤銷信用證項下開立".

　　Alldrafitsdrawnunderthiscredditmustcontaintheclause,"drawnunder...BankofChina,SingaporecreditNo,6111dated15thAugust,2000"

　　所有憑本信用證開具的匯票,均須包括本條款:"(本匯票書)憑新加坡中國銀行2000年8月15日所開第6111號信用證開具."

　　Draft(s)bearingtheclause"DrawnunderdocumentarycreditNo...(shownabove)of...Bank"

　　匯票注明根據(jù)"根據(jù)......銀行跟單信用證......號(如上所示)項下開立" 外貿(mào)知識

　　Draft(s)drawnunderthiscredittobemarked"Drawnunder...BankL/CNo...Dated(issuingdateofcredit)..."

　　根據(jù)本證開出的匯票須注明"憑......銀行....年.....月......日(按開證日期)第......號不可撤消2信用證項下開立".
