2015年7月阿里巴巴上收到澳大利亞的詢盤:詢盤分析:
①ip地址
通過
http://ip.cn/查詢,確認(rèn)是澳大利亞買家
②數(shù)量和求購(gòu)品名明確,一百萬個(gè)塑料杯托,但是數(shù)量比較大,要進(jìn)一步核實(shí)真實(shí)性。
③從稱謂上看Hi 可以斷定基本是群發(fā)詢盤
④從他點(diǎn)擊的產(chǎn)品鏈接,材質(zhì)為比較好點(diǎn)的加厚型塑料
再看他90天內(nèi)的行為數(shù)據(jù):(圖為當(dāng)時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù))主要看兩個(gè)數(shù)據(jù):Member's Customer 代表被多少會(huì)員供應(yīng)商添加
Valid inquiries sent 代表他發(fā)出去的詢盤
以上都看得出競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力非常大
當(dāng)時(shí)在1小時(shí)內(nèi)做好報(bào)價(jià)回復(fù),以下客戶為化名Felix

客戶郵箱后綴進(jìn)一步了解到公司全名,在
Whois查了公司域名注冊(cè)時(shí)間是在2009年,從
谷歌地圖實(shí)景看到是一棟獨(dú)立的辦公樓。
通過谷歌搜索引擎還發(fā)現(xiàn)到客戶在另外一個(gè)B2B平臺(tái)Tradekey上發(fā)布過詢盤。從公司網(wǎng)站信息大致推斷是
當(dāng)?shù)厝沼闷返慕?jīng)銷商,甚至揣測(cè)到他的下游,下文講述。
以上簡(jiǎn)單調(diào)查進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證客戶詢盤的真實(shí)性。發(fā)完報(bào)價(jià)后第二天,意料之中沒有回復(fù),因?yàn)榭蛻艨隙〞?huì)收到很多供應(yīng)商的報(bào)價(jià)。我發(fā)跟進(jìn)郵件給他。
郵件標(biāo)題:Re: Hey Felix, more details for plastic cup holders
Hi Felix,
Good day. Sophie again.
Apart from refreshing the offer, I'd like to bring your attention the details as follows:
1) We guarantee the materials to be offered 100% virgin. Therefore, there will not be any unpleasant smell.

跟進(jìn)郵件說明產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì),其一塑料不是回料制作,100%全新料,不會(huì)有難聞的氣味。其二附上相關(guān)證書,表明塑料杯托符合食品級(jí)別。
客戶仍舊沒回復(fù),緊接著在隔天后續(xù)跟進(jìn):

Hi Felix,
Just floating this to the top of your inbox in case you missed it.
There are some more designs for your further consideration. As you see, the prices mainly varies from the thickness. The cheapest shown on the offer is for disposable use only.

前面提及,經(jīng)過進(jìn)一步分析揣測(cè)客戶的下游客戶有包括牙科醫(yī)院,牙科診所之類的客戶,這類終端客戶質(zhì)量其實(shí)是其次,價(jià)格才是首要的。
因?yàn)樵\所使用傾向于一次性用途,而客戶在一開始卻選擇了比較厚的材料,價(jià)格差別很大。所以這次后續(xù)跟進(jìn)的時(shí)候才會(huì)繼續(xù)推薦更多不同質(zhì)量的款式,并告知價(jià)格主要隨著材質(zhì)的厚度而變化。最便宜的那2款僅供一次性使用,讓他心里對(duì)不同質(zhì)量的同類產(chǎn)品心中有數(shù)。
隔天收到他的郵件:
我馬上回復(fù)可以安排免費(fèi)安排樣板,并詢問他有無快遞賬號(hào),提供過來Fedex賬號(hào)。在第三天備齊樣板,編好號(hào),寄出去。
7.18號(hào)顯示快件被簽收,但是那天是周六。我寫郵件過去:
郵件標(biāo)題:Cup holder samples have been received and signed.
Hi Felix,
Kindly note that samples have been received and signed by XXX.
Wait for your further update. Have a nice weekend.

只是告知客戶樣板已經(jīng)被簽收,順祝周末愉快。
下周一,下周二,下周三...客戶沒有音訊。
可能他是在比較價(jià)格階段,并且單一款式訂100萬個(gè)有點(diǎn)不合理,中間也沒有提及到顏色問題,內(nèi)部應(yīng)該在更深入的討論中才對(duì)。
當(dāng)然這些只是我個(gè)人猜測(cè)。
我在7.23號(hào)發(fā)了個(gè)郵件:
Hi Felix,
Much appreciated if you could offer further comments on the samples.

客戶沒有回復(fù),我決定打個(gè)電話跟進(jìn)。23號(hào)他工作時(shí)間里我打他手機(jī):
S: Hi Felix, this is Sophie calling from PAE China.
F: Hi Sophie, how are you?
S: I am doing very well. Trust you too. How about the samples I sent last week?
F: Yes, we are thinking about it. I am waiting for my partner's response.
客戶給了很模糊的回答,并沒有太積極的反饋。
S: Understood. Wait for your reply soon. Have a nice day. See you.
F: Thank you Sophie. See you.
這通電話沒任何實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展,但是可以推斷出他不是最終決策人,只能進(jìn)一步等消息。 那天掛完電話后我順帶發(fā)了圖片展示產(chǎn)品大貨的包裝。
緊接著25號(hào)跟進(jìn)郵件:
郵件主題: Notification on the price validity
Hi Felix,
How are things going? Any word from your partner?
Just friendly remind you that raw material has been rising sharply these days. Price quoted will only be valid for 5 days. Kindly help act quickly to enjoy the benefit.

2015年從6月起塑料價(jià)格一直在漲,所以借此繼續(xù)跟進(jìn)。最后一句中
enjoy the benefit 比告訴他價(jià)格要漲了,聽了會(huì)更加讓人舒服。
28號(hào)他回復(fù)我:
Hi Sophie,
How are you?
We will split the quantity to style no. 6 and no. 8 but request good discount as your customer.
終于有了實(shí)質(zhì)性的進(jìn)展,選好款式,但是數(shù)量對(duì)半分,每款50萬個(gè),還要求折扣價(jià)。
稍微給了一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)折扣,直接做合同,當(dāng)天回復(fù):
Hi Felix,
Please see attached the sales contract and send the signed copy.
We look forward to long term business relationship, so we will provide our best support on prices, quality and delivery.
不刻意強(qiáng)調(diào)這是最低價(jià)格,但是明確表示我們是希望長(zhǎng)期合作的,無論價(jià)格,質(zhì)量,還是交期,我們都給予最好的支持。
又沒音訊,31號(hào)周五發(fā)郵件:
Hi Felix,
Any further updates?

8.13號(hào)他發(fā)來的水單,30%定金20500澳元。
至此這一單順利成交。
分享下心得和一些實(shí)用的跟進(jìn)句型:
1/我是這么搜到他在其他B2B平臺(tái)上發(fā)的詢盤:搜索指令:“客戶公司名B2B"
“客戶公司名Indianmart" “客戶公司名B2B tradekey"
(看看客戶有沒有在國(guó)際B2B平臺(tái)上詢價(jià)或者登記過信息)
此外“客戶公司名+ Exhibitor 或Tradeshow 或Fair (看看客戶有沒有參加過國(guó)際展會(huì))
2/每一封詢盤都要簡(jiǎn)單分析下。請(qǐng)查看: 要如何分析詢盤,才能提高轉(zhuǎn)化率像這類詢盤,如果單純只是報(bào)價(jià),尤其像沒有價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì)的,很難躋身其中。后續(xù)的客戶背景調(diào)查和持續(xù)的跟進(jìn),才能進(jìn)一步把握住機(jī)會(huì)。
你還要進(jìn)一步了解詢盤來自哪個(gè)國(guó)家,客戶的性質(zhì),是終端客戶還是中間商,是轉(zhuǎn)手賣還是季度/年度訂購(gòu)留庫(kù)存??蛻艚巧侵苯記Q策人,還是有合伙人。這些都決定于后續(xù)跟進(jìn)的方向。
3/后續(xù)跟進(jìn)的前期,客戶對(duì)你是完全不了解的情況下,你如果只是單純?cè)儐査?,考慮得如何?能否告知進(jìn)展,基本都是無效跟進(jìn),肯定不會(huì)收到很正面的回復(fù),甚至無回復(fù)。
每一封跟進(jìn)郵件的標(biāo)題的更換和內(nèi)容的新意,才能盡可能抓住他眼球。多維度展示產(chǎn)品特色,優(yōu)勢(shì),讓他心中有數(shù)。
同時(shí)更重要的是,在跟進(jìn)的過程把握他的采購(gòu)需求,他是傾向于質(zhì)量,還是更關(guān)注價(jià)格。并且要讓他知道相近市場(chǎng)的反饋如何,比如客戶是黎巴嫩的,那么可以告訴他中東其他地區(qū)客戶訂購(gòu)情況。并且爭(zhēng)取寄樣,進(jìn)一步拉近距離。
更大的買家,還要進(jìn)一步去分析他的采購(gòu)周期,當(dāng)?shù)氐氖袌?chǎng),你們的實(shí)力在什么水平。尤其是小產(chǎn)品,可以了解當(dāng)?shù)氐碾娚唐脚_(tái),知道自己的價(jià)位是否不合理。
4/如果顯示客戶是同個(gè)無線端發(fā)的詢盤,還可以通過一切可以聯(lián)系到他的SNS平臺(tái)(Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram等)與他進(jìn)一步溝通,關(guān)注他的動(dòng)態(tài)。但是關(guān)注歸關(guān)注,要沉住氣,要讓他們覺得我們是在為他們著想,為他們解決問題,能為他們帶去更多的利益,而非只是簡(jiǎn)單的賣東西給他們狠賺一筆。
5/報(bào)價(jià)或者方案要盡可能顯示專業(yè),比如我在報(bào)價(jià)里標(biāo)注了受熱溫度多少,還附上車間的殺菌設(shè)備等,并且展示了杯托的底部直徑,適合于300ML以下的杯型,通過圖示告訴客戶,這是通用型杯托。

直接扔出選擇題,簡(jiǎn)便客戶:(多針對(duì)歐美客戶)I know you're super busy. Just give me a 1,2 or 3.
1) We'll pass on this project this year. Thank you for the offer.
2)We're interested in your item but just reach back out to me in 1 month.
3)I am ready to order - let' s talk.
