本規(guī)則將貿(mào)易術(shù)語分為11種，每一術(shù)語訂明買賣雙方應(yīng)盡的義務(wù)，以供商人自由采用。該11種貿(mào)易術(shù)語如下：

1.ExWorks（ex factory，ex mill，eX plantation，ex warehouse，etc），即工廠交貨

2.FOR（free on rail）u2026（named departure Point)FOT（free on truck）u2026（named departure

Point），即鐵路交貨/火車上交貨

3.Freeu2026（named Port of shipment），即裝運(yùn)港港口交貨；

4.FAS（free alongside ship）u2026（named Port of shipment），即裝運(yùn)港船邊交貨；

5.FOB(Free on board)u2026（named Port of shipment），即裝運(yùn)港船上交貨

6.CF(cost and freight）u2026（named Port of destination）即成本加運(yùn)費(fèi)；

7.CIF（cost，insurance，freight）u2026（named Port of destination），即成本、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)加運(yùn)費(fèi)；

8.Freight or Carriage paid tou2026（named Port of destination），即運(yùn)費(fèi)付至；

9.Free or Free Deliveredu2026（named Port of destination）

10.EX Shipu2026（named Port），即到貨港船上交貨；

11.Ex Quayu2026（named Port），即到貨港碼頭交貨。

通則共包括四組即E組，F(xiàn)組，C組和D組，13個(gè)術(shù)語.

E組，EXW工廠交貨

F組，F(xiàn)CA貨交承運(yùn)人，F(xiàn)AS船邊交貨，F(xiàn)OB船上交貨

C組，CFR成本加運(yùn)費(fèi)，CIF成本，保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)加運(yùn)費(fèi).CPT運(yùn)費(fèi)付至CIP運(yùn)費(fèi)和保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)付至

D組,DAF邊境交貨DES目的港船上交貨，DEQ目地港碼頭交貨，DDU未完稅交貨，DDP完稅后交貨.
