表示歉意

We apologize for...（就…，我們表示歉意）

We deeply/sincerely apologize for...(我們對(duì)……感到非常抱歉) *更加強(qiáng)調(diào)。

We are very sorry for... *比We apologize for...的語(yǔ)氣要婉轉(zhuǎn)的道歉方式。

中立的答復(fù)

We value ... highly（我們非常重視…）

We are (now) in the process of...（我們正在……過(guò)程中）

We value your suggestion highly. (我們非常重視貴社所提出的建議。)

感到遺憾

*We are sorry...帶有說(shuō)話人犯有過(guò)失的語(yǔ)氣。而用We regret和regret則不清楚過(guò)錯(cuò)是在哪一方。
