外貿(mào)10年,總結(jié)了不少模板,現(xiàn)在走上了創(chuàng)業(yè)路線(xiàn),為紀(jì)念我多年的外貿(mào)生涯,先分享我之前總結(jié)的郵件模板,希望大家不要見(jiàn)笑,如果大家有更好的模板,也可以分享一起欣賞。


開(kāi)發(fā)篇一,針對(duì)新客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā);

個(gè)人評(píng)論:

1.簡(jiǎn)短,客戶(hù)一目了然,不回耽誤客戶(hù)時(shí)間閱讀。

2.主題New Supplier吸引。

3.價(jià)格吸引,不管是真的還是假的,客戶(hù)可能會(huì)聯(lián)系。

4.免費(fèi)樣品和目錄吸引。 一般客戶(hù)對(duì)免費(fèi)樣品和目錄會(huì)感興趣的,發(fā)給對(duì)的人,基本上會(huì)回復(fù)。

不同的客戶(hù)用不同的開(kāi)發(fā)信,這兩個(gè)是我用的最平凡的,也是最有效的。

Subject: Offer+Product Name from +Company Name/ Your Name+Date

報(bào)價(jià)一 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)郵件報(bào)價(jià)(針對(duì)第一次報(bào)價(jià)客戶(hù))

個(gè)人評(píng)論:

1.標(biāo)題 多次提到公司名和自己的名字,讓客戶(hù)記住你,這一點(diǎn)在后期郵件跟進(jìn)中會(huì)起到非常大作用

2. 第一段再次提到公司名和自己的名字,并且Manufacture 后面即使不是你們生產(chǎn)的,也可以這樣寫(xiě),因?yàn)榭蛻?hù)希望你是manufacturer.

3. 正文報(bào)價(jià)簡(jiǎn)潔,明了,價(jià)格可以加粗,很多外面人,包括一些老外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員經(jīng)常在報(bào)價(jià)中忘記報(bào)運(yùn)費(fèi)條款和付款條款,如果這個(gè)沒(méi)有寫(xiě),客戶(hù)會(huì)再次郵件問(wèn)你,這樣就加長(zhǎng)了談判時(shí)間。

4. 最后有一個(gè)勾引,就是樣品勾引,記住,每一份封郵件給客戶(hù),一定要有一個(gè)問(wèn)句或者選擇句,這樣可以牽著客戶(hù)的鼻子走。而不是讓客戶(hù)牽著你的鼻子走。

評(píng)論:簡(jiǎn)單跟進(jìn),問(wèn)題在于這份郵件什么時(shí)候發(fā), 我一般是報(bào)價(jià)后客戶(hù)上班1-2小時(shí)后跟進(jìn)。如果沒(méi)有回復(fù),我會(huì)再次郵件跟進(jìn)一下。

如果客戶(hù)還沒(méi)有回復(fù),我會(huì)電話(huà)跟進(jìn)。即使你口語(yǔ)不好,或者客戶(hù)說(shuō)的你聽(tīng)不懂,你只要清楚的介紹: This is XXX speaking from XXX company. Could you please check your email and give me a reply?

今天郵件,大家細(xì)細(xì)體會(huì),承擔(dān)的關(guān)鍵在于跟進(jìn),不斷的跟進(jìn),一份訂單下來(lái)一般需要7-11次跟進(jìn)報(bào)價(jià)。所有親們對(duì)不同的產(chǎn)品,不同的客戶(hù)在跟進(jìn)上面要下功夫。 報(bào)價(jià)后,如果沒(méi)有回復(fù),沒(méi)有電話(huà),跟進(jìn)信一定要頻繁。還可以用不同的郵箱去跟進(jìn)。
