提問:在現(xiàn)實中,我發(fā)現(xiàn)很多客戶發(fā)來詢盤后,我也及時的給予報價,可報價后就一直沒有客戶的反應,沒有見有訂單.像這種情況應該如何處理.應該寫什么內容的郵件去給客戶以進一步跟進呢.應該在發(fā)出報價后幾天內發(fā)出郵件比較合適呢?

再問何時開L/C 或匯訂金過來..
如客戶沒回復,,
那你應該(很有必要)打個電話過去問清情況,,
是價格問題,市場臨時發(fā)生改變? 客戶是中間商,還在等最終客戶的確認? 還是其它問題?
然后根據(jù)情況做一些措施看能否挽回這一張訂單..
