三:發(fā)貨后的回復,從貨物離開中國海關至買家收到貨物建議每個階段賣家都給買家發(fā)一封郵件通知買家,直到買家收到貨為止。因為買家付款后都急于收到貨物,而郵寄過程一般又是5-10天不確定的,因此這樣隨時通知買家貨物狀態(tài)一是表現(xiàn)自己商業(yè)城信度二是及時的溝通能讓買家不再急切詢問。下面是一個不錯的例子:
