我從去年八月份正式做出口銷售，一開(kāi)始就是漫無(wú)目的地到處在網(wǎng)站上發(fā)布免費(fèi)信息，但反饋卻不多。后來(lái)陸續(xù)接到一些客戶的詢價(jià)，有的雖然是閥門詢價(jià)，但我們是專門做船用閥門的，跟我們的產(chǎn)品卻不符。直到九月份的時(shí)候，一個(gè)泰國(guó)客戶要求給報(bào)空氣管頭的價(jià)格。我很高興，當(dāng)天就給他回復(fù)了一封郵件：

我一看，客戶這么快就想要樣品，我得先讓他確認(rèn)一下圖紙及一些細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題，畢竟要寄到國(guó)外去郵費(fèi)也不便宜呀（我們做的是閥門一類的鑄鐵件，都比較重）。于是回復(fù)他先傳圖紙請(qǐng)他確認(rèn)：

Regarding the product specification I will send you a sample of 5K-50 as well as two drawings by EMS. Pls confirm me if you receive.

I attach two drawings of 5K-50 and 5K-100.You will see the construction of the air vent head according to the drawings.

收到圖紙后，客戶又發(fā)郵件要求說(shuō)明每個(gè)部件的材質(zhì)：

于是，又給客戶發(fā)了一份每個(gè)部件材質(zhì)名稱的組裝圖，并告知客戶 海運(yùn) 費(fèi)的情況：
